Contact

One address, read by one person: contact@alftanet.com. Here's what it's good for, what to include, and how long a reply actually takes.

Things worth writing about

What to put in a bug report

You don't need to be technical, and a vague report is much better than no report. But if you can include these, a fix comes far faster:

How long a reply takes

This is a hobby project run by one person alongside a normal life, so the honest answer is days rather than hours, and occasionally longer than that. Everything gets read. Not everything gets a reply, but anything that needs one gets one.

If a game is completely broken for you, that jumps the queue.

Reviews and moderation

Every game has a review box, which is a better route than email for general impressions — it's attached to the game it's about, so it's easier to act on. Reviews are read and used to decide what to fix and what to build next.

Reviews are not published on the site. They're private feedback to me, not public ratings, so nothing you write there appears next to the game. If you'd like something you submitted removed, email the address above and say roughly when you sent it.

Press, business and everything else

Same address. It's a small project and there isn't a separate inbox for anything. If you want to write about one of the games, ask about how something was built, or point out that I've got a historical detail wrong in one of the guides, that all goes to the same place and is all welcome.
